I think the biggest thing that would help you is some basic eases and a couple more keyframes in each shot. For example, when the girl is shaking her ass at 0:52. The ass shaking is only 2 frames. You have a frame when it's tilted to the right and a frame where it's tilted to the left. if you doubled that to 4 frames and added a frame where it's almost fully tilted to the right but not quite and a frame where it's almost fully tilted to the left it would make the animation much smoother without that much more work.
If you did that for all your movements your animation would look twice as clean without too much more effort.
